Shady Business Return Policy

However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning and exchanging items purchased from our Shopify store.
Eligibility for Returns:
1.1. To be eligible for a return, products must be in unused and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
1.2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by the shipping carrier's tracking information.
Non-Returnable Items:
2.1. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
2.2. Items without their original packaging, tags, or labels will not be accepted for return.
2.3. Any item not purchased directly from our Shopify store cannot be returned to us.
How to Initiate a Return:

Return Shipping:

4.2. For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
